    ur one of those people who is never going to loose weight. face it youll always be fat with chunky legs and your never gunna fit in those jeans. come on kelanjo youv been at this weight loss thing for months and you fail every time. what makes you think this time will be diferrent???

    Definatly carry on doing the food haul i quite enjoyed seeing what you bought, also gave me a few ideas on what to buy next time i go food shoppin. Good luck with getting up so early for the gym i hope it goes well!! And lol, i am just as bad in the mornings haha xxx

    When I started college in August I weighed about 10 stone, and to get to college I now walk (briskly) for 30 mins to the train station every Monday – Friday morning, and sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays. Since then I’ve lost more than a stone and I think it’s down to the consistent exercise every morning improving my metabolism. You seem to eat really well so please try this because it really worked for me :-) xx

    you should try tae bo!! it is amazing, i do it at home, billy blanks tae bo basic DVD and do weight watchers, and have went from size 14 to a size 8 in the space of about 8 months =) xx

    I love those headphones but they don’t last me two minutes! I’m the same with sleep, my bags are horrific because my sleeping pattern is awful. Did you gradually go to bed earlier or just force yourself to go to at a normal time? Good luck with the new routine and weight loss! x

    You could put it into a smoothie, but personally I prefer linseed sprinkled over outmeal or porridge and flax seed in smoothies.

    Good luck with the plan:) The only advice I have is that fruit and veg digest at different rates so if you make a smoothie the fruit can end up rotting on top of the other food that takes longer. This hinders digestion and prevents some of the nutritional uptake of the fruit. Id suggest making 2 smoothies. . . . the friut one for breakfast & the veg n linseed one when you get to the gym (20-30 mins later). That way the fruit will be on it’s way to being digested so it wont rot on top of the veg.

    I sort of agree and disagree with that. Yes salt, sugar and vegtable oil ones can be unhealthy. However it’s possible to get them without these in (health food shop). Peanuts whilst high in calories they are also a source of good fat which help burn body fat rather than increase it like bad fats do (e. g saturated fats in bacon do). So as with everything portion control is important but I wouldn’t call it an exclusively bad food:) And I agree that oats and brown rice is a great souce of carbs.

    peanut butter is sooo fattening and most condiments have loads of salt and sugar in them. . . just thought id warn you. also its better to have slow burning carbohydrates like oats and brown rice, instead of things like pasta which burn off really quickly. :)

    good luck with it all :) but have you ever tried a different diet plan apart from weight watchers because my mum did it for years and just gained, now she goes with me 2 slimming world and shes lost half a stone!
